On Monday, September 26, 2011, Governor Patrick signed the Massachusetts Alimony Reform Act of 2011.  The new law will go into effect on March 1, 2012, so we are in a bit of a transition period for a few more months. Massachusetts Alimony Virus – Still No Vaccine Available
