Our Massachusetts divorce lawyers and divorce mediators frequently attend advanced training classes and are involved in different community groups and events. Here is a smattering of what we have been up to.
April, 2012 – April was especially busy with lots of court dates, new cases, and existing mediations. Attorney Katherine Thomas attended two days of training in Boston, and a Judicial Forum in Andover. Steve was sad about the slow start of the Red Sox. On April 17th, we hosted a free divorce seminar at our Franklin office, which filled up quickly. Attorney served as the Lawyer of the Day at the Norfolk County Probate and Family Court.
March 14, 2012 - Attorney Colleen Cunnally testified at the Massachusetts State House as part of judicial nomination hearings with the Governor’s Council.
March 1, 2012 - The Divorce Collaborative LLC welcomes Melanie Berge to the role of Client Support Specialist. Melanie brings a strong background in customer service and sales to the the firm. She will support the attorneys in duties ranging from admin support tasks and project work. Melanie lives with her family in Shrewsbury.
February 14, 2012 – Massachusetts divorce lawyer Katherine Thomas completed a full-day Divorce Financial Summit course in Boston, MA. Topic covered included trends in personal finance, small business, and employment, advanced issues regarding identifying income, debt issues, and divorce-related tax issues.
February 10, 2012 - Massachusetts divorce attorney and mediator Steve McDonough completed a full-day advanced collaborative law training hosted by The Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council in Southborough, MA.
January 10, 2012 – TDC’s Colleen Cunnally, Esq. attended the Family Law Council meeting of the Massachusetts Bar Association in Boston.
December, 2011 - Attorney Katherine Thomas, who spends most of her time at The Divorce Collaborative’s Bedford, MA office, joined the Domestic Violence Services Network. DVSN provides support and educational info to victims and families that have experienced domestic violence.
